Want express yourself through the climate? The Peau d’Ane is a series of dresses (3) that interacts and changes design as the weather changes. Each dress intereacts with different themes of the weather. The sky dress changes its structure and produces sound based on the clouds and winds in the sky. As for the sun dress, LED’s are lit in patterns as the dress reads the amount of UV hits it and the readings of the sun intesity. For example, the greater the sun intesity, the brighter the dress becomes. The sun dress also have a variety of unique features. Say the amount of UV rays increase outside, the LED’s on the dress will then start to flash similar to a Warning or danger sign. The dress can also depict the sun rising and setting. These set of dresses allow the beauty and changes of our weather to be depicted through fashion and art simply by putting on a dress!
