Cell phone towers are usually ugly right? Shaped like ugly antennas trying to be disguised as metal trees. No ones really likes having those around their town. At least the average person with a bit of aesthetics in their body. You may not know, but whenever they go up in an area, property value actually goes down a bunch. Probably because they are ugly hah. So looks like the only option would be for someone to attempt to create an aesthetically pleasing tower.

Well Sony Ericsson did just that . They have come up with a Scandonavion inspired design for cellphone towers. Looks like something you might be able to buy at Ikea right?

They may not blend in well with surrounding, but atleast they have a neat design touch. You may not be seeing these in your town soon, but atleast there is hope for getting 5 bar service with an aesthetically touch.
