Speeds, according to International Internet Alliance (IIA), will return to dial-up speeds if not enough money is used to upgrade the internet infrastructure. This could also impact feature start-ups that could potentially be the next Amazon.com or Youtube.com. With bandwidth hindered, commerce could be prove to be difficult and take more time.
