Remember the anarchy and utter confusion brought forth on 1-31-07? You probably don’t, actually. Januaray thirtyfirst marked the one year anniversery of the LED sculptures that were placed in various big cities as a viral marketing campaign for Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The orginal, which utilized a character giving the middle finger, was made of LED’s and led to the arrest of those who installed the pieces. The new LED sculptures that are now being found in Boston are far more political. I’m not overly sure that doing one of Osama bin Laden and Jesus is the best way to calm the critics of this art form.
