This team called Game Over makes a lot of classic video game videos using people as the components in the game. For this Tetris one they had the different groups of people sitting in an auditorium and had they sit in the shapes of the Tetris pieces. I really enjoy this video it is fun and creative and it integrates humans and video games, its now humans playing the games with humans.
Also they have great funny sound effects if you can hear them.
