Haile is a robot that “listens” to live music played by a person and improvises a beat based on what is being played. It creates music with the human musicians unable to be created by any other means. it encourages the musicians to play to the robot as opposed to with it in order to get a good musical response to it. the better the human component plays the better haile plays.
