Feijun Chen and Bin Zhao have designed a pair of running shoes that have head lights on the front of the them. They are made out of a waterproof, breathable material and have a dock of LED’s on the front that allow you to see up to five feet in front of you. They also have a green taillight in the back for a little stylish touch. The best part about them are the batteries. They are charged by kinetic energy created when you run and walk, giving the them up to a 12 hour lifespan. They are wonderfully practical for those late night runs for letting you see where you’re going, and letting others know you’re there.
