This week I found something that caught my interest, a wearable robotic suit developed by Elm Design and Cyberdyne. This amazing robotic suit provides a serious function of limb assistance to its wearer. It ofers a great strenght and stability to its wearer, making it a perfect piece of equipment for military and industrial environments. In addition, medical field and elderly or sickly people would greatly benefit form such robotic suit as well. However, its entertainment aspect is not easily ignored. While mechanically and technologically advanced, the suit’s flexibility and styling suggest a blend of man and machine bound to appeal to any scfi fan. The only thing to do is to hope and wait for its mass appearance.
