The New Media artist I have researched and will present is David Rokeby. He is a Toronto-based artist who began his exhibitions in 1982. Rokeby works primarily with interactive installations and his had his work displayed all over the world. Three works that I focus on is Very Nervous System, Pixel Cube, and Hand-held. I chose these pieces because each of these works presents a different form of interaction from sound to light manipulation to image projection. Overall his art presents brilliant strides in the New Media Art movement as a whole.
