Creative switch project: Lite-up knuckles

My project consists of a row of L.E.D.’s on a chip board on my knuckles that light up when i make a fist. The L.E.D.’s are set up in a parallel circuit to ensure that each light receives enough power. The way it lights up is through connecting the two negative wires to complete the system. The positive wire is directly linked to the knuckles with no interference. However the negative wires are a different case. One negative wire is connected to the knuckles but is not connected to the power source, the other wire (also negative) is connected to the power source but not the knuckles. To complete the circuit you need to touch both ends (both attached to a finger and thumb) which conveniently meet when a fist is formed thus lighting up the L.E.D.’s Unfortunately, it cannot be used for super heroics or super villainy no matter how much the appearance says otherwise.
