For my final project I decided to continue with my interactive project.  The first improvement I needed to implement was to make it full scale.  The sculpture stands 40 inches high, with the arm protruding out ## inches.  There are 9 LEDs along the arm, alternating blue, green, and red.  When 10 feet away from the sculpture the LED flashing is erratic, but not as many of the LEDs flash.  As you get 7.5 and 5 feet away more LEDs get involved, still erratically flashing.  Until you get 3 feet away and everything shuts down.  All of the LEDs go dark save for 1 red LED and the arm swings down, leaving you trapped in the corner of the room.
