creative switch board

Materials:
-Bra with a metal clasp
-Sandpaper
-Conductive thread
-Sewing Needle
-9V battery
-9V battery holder
-4 LEDs
-2 Jumper cables
1) Take sandpaper and sand off the paint from the bra clasp to ensure that the metal part is showing and is conductive.
2) Use sewing needle and conductive thread to sew from the bra clasp to the top part of of the bra.
3) Insert the first two LED by poking a hole through the bra and sticking the legs through
4) Secure the LED legs through the other side by twisting them in a circle so you can sew each leg into the bra. Make sure you sew each leg by itself and not connect both legs with a stitch (I made that mistake and the LEDs wouldn’t light up).
5) Continue to sew with conductive thread around to the second cup of the bra and repeat step 5 to insert the other two LEDs.
6) Attach the 9V battery to the battery holder. Attach the wires of the battery to the two ends of the conductive thread located right before the clasp of the bra. After attaching the clip of the bra to the hook, the LEDs are suppose to light up, however, that wasn’t working out so I ended up using jumper cables.
7)Attach the black jumper cable to the red wire of the battery and the red jumper cable to the black wire. Clip the other black end up the jumper cable to one of the stitches on the left side of the bra. Then, use the other end of the red jumper cable to clip to the stitch next to the blue LED on the right side of the bra. The 9V wasn’t strong enough to keep all 4 of the LEDs on at the same time so we used the 12V plug in.
