I connected 3 LED Diodes to a 9 volt battery
I then created a wire frame for my octopus, allowing room within the head for the wire to fit in.
I covered the entirety of the wire frame with paper-mache. Leaving a hole at the bottom for the electronic pieces to be placed. I then made a layer of modge podge on the surface to add a shiny texture. I poked holes for the LEDs to fit through as eyes and then pulled the wires so they would come out of the base of the octopus in order to connect to the battery. The wires sticking out would be alligator clips and act like the beak of the octopus. the battery resembles a fish and the beak would clip or bite onto it in order to turn on.
