For my creative switch project I decided to make a “Night Club“. What you will need wire, 9V battery, cardboard, a box cutter, wire cutters, wire strippers, tape, glue, a resistor, two (2) blue LEDs, a printer, and an imagination. In doing so I had made a series circuit with 2 blue LED lights powered by a 9V battery. **The wires were soldered together** The series circuit is attached to the inside of the “Night Club“. The club is made out of an old Amazon box. I had outlined and cut out a house looking shape for the front. I then cut out two (2) windows and a door. To make it a 3D object, I cut out a strip of cardboard to go around the outline of the initial cut out of the house. I glued and taped the pieces together and then proceeded to use waterproof India ink to paint the exterior. After the cardboard has dried, I placed the series circuit inside the cardboard so that the blue LEDs would be lined up with the windows. I also printed out a generic “Night Club” neon logo sign to make it my sign and found crowd concert clip art. Finally cut out some of the crowd clip art and tape it on the inside of the windows to make your cardboard box a lively trap house complete with party lights. To turn on the lights just connect the two loose ends of the wires to seal the current so that they may light up.
