Erkki Huhtamo claims that when technology advances, interactive art pieces becomes a new phenomenon. He defines interactive art, being creative and an interactive piece constructed by the help of technologies. However, a lot of the interactions that occur with the piece can be different than what the artist had planned. For example, it is different to look at a video of something being describes in comparison to seeing the subject/object in person. Overall, there are many pieces that can be considered “interactive,” yet they might not share a level or interactivity.
