Nature/Biological Art


The works created should :
-interact with its environment or be powered by the environment.
-autonomous or self sufficient.
– Eco friendly and or recyclable
– if needed, use biological organisms with your work.

An example of a work that could be entered would be a solar powered little machine that collects trash or litter in the park.

Jennifer and I  were talking about what would be a general enough category to cover many works that may already exist. we decided on a nature based category that would focus on works that are eco-friendly. We noticed that many of the already existing entries could be entered into this category because they are either powered by nature, autonomous or have some type of organism involved. This is a slightly more specific category but keeps things general enough to distinguish it apart from already existing groups.
