So I decided that for my final project I was going to make a wearable, and I’m going to be using my denim jacket. I want to create a cute design on the back, not too complicated. The design will contain sewable neopixels and LED sequins. Since I’ve made a wearable before, I know what works and what doesn’t, and I don’t think I’ll have any trouble with the sewing. I want to add a heartbeat sensor. The lights will turn on and off depending on how the person’s heart is beating, but also the faster it beats, the neopixels will turn red, and the calmer the heart beat, the neopixels will be a cool color, such as blue. I wanted to add more sensors but I don’t want to get too ahead of myself. I want to try using the trinket pro, since the arduino is pretty big and not the most convenient for wearables, and I already have a lithium battery.
Questions I have:
Where should I put the pulse sensor?
How can I create the effect I want (code)?
Should I add another sensor to make it more interesting, or would the pulse sensor be enough?
