Although making the wearable was a little challenging, I think I want to expand on my idea a little more. I want to make another wearable still using sewable neopixels (I want to use more) but also using the adafruit LED sequins. They are also sewable and will be much easier to work with than the regular LEDs I used for the interactive project. This will make the final design not only much more clean in terms of design but it will also make the wearable more comfortable. I’m thinking of making a more complex design as well. But the biggest difference will be adding more sensors that will affect the pattern of the neopixels. I really want to try using the audio sensor, I think it would be cool to create a wearable that reacts to sound. I’m still thinking of using the tilt sensor, it was easy to use and it turned the lights on and off really well, except the tilt sensor will only affect some of the lights and not all of them like it did in the last project. And I’m not sure if we have a temperature sensor in our kits, but I want to use one as well. The neopixels would change color according to the temperature, colder temps would produce cool colors and warmer temps would produce warm colors. I’m not sure what I’m using, a jacket or maybe another skirt.
I think I want to test out the different sensors, see what works best for me.
