Hi,

I made a creative switch circuit , in which the flower that is made up from LEDs light up when air is blown on the  fabric material or when the fabric is pressed.

Step1. Take all the material listed below:

(a) RGB LED’s. ( b)Stranded wire.  (c)Battery (4 of 1.5V)  (d)Battery holder(AA4). (e)Conductive Fabric. (f) Cardboard.

(g)CD Cassette. (h) Copper Tape. (i) Crazy Glue.

Step2. Stick all the LEDs as shown in the picture above on the CD Cassette with crazy glue or any glue you prefer and bend the legs of the LEDs on the other side of cassette.

Step3. Connect all the positive legs by one stranded wire in parallel connection and negative legs by other stranded wire of LEDs in parallel connection. Solider the connections.

Step 4. Setup the the structure on the cardboard for circuit using copper tape to make connections.Connect then side  of the battery to one end of copper tape and other wire of the battery to the negative leg  wire of the LEDs. Connect the  positive LEDS  to the conductive fabric.

Step 5. Paste the copper tape below  the conductive fabric. Position conductive fabric above with some hard paper.

Step 6. When you blow on the conductive fabric it touches the copper tape below and completes the circuit and the LEDs glow. The LEDs are RGB so the glow with different colors. You can also press on conductive fabric and it will glow as well.
