To expand on our original idea for the Trump voodoo doll, we decided to add more context to the scene in which he would be. Swapping out the original touch sensor for a movement sensor, the idea is that he would be in the Oval Office surrounded by caricatures of Trump’s misdeeds. Trump now sits on a chair, and while powered, he will constantly start saying one of the stored voicelines in his SD card. Whilst removed from his chair, his voicelines will change!
Materials:
QT PY + Audio BFF + Speaker + Acceleromator
4.5v Battery Pack
Trump Plushie
Tape
Cardboard!
Writing utensil
Creation Process:
Solder the Audio BFF and QT PY together, and wire the speaker, battery, and accelerometer together
Cut open a slice in the back of your plushie, and hollow out the stuffing inside, it will get in the way, so make sure to take out enough.
Carefully place your electronic inside of the plushie, and place the speaker near his mouth area. Then, tape it up when youre done.
Set aside the plushie, and with cardboard, create a box (table) and slab (chair).
Then fashion whatever extra details you’d like!
