This is a new, neato robot exoskeleton being developed by Sarcos. The demonstration here is pretty fantastic, with the suit hunkering sybiotically over the wearer in a Dr. Octopus-like fashion. The suit’s range of force is impressive, from lifting dozens of hefty ammo crates to gently catching a ball. But there has been only one question on my mind since I first saw the exoskeleton in action: could I use this to effectively fight an Alien queen? We should remain skeptical until we see lab results on this matter.
