Final Project Proposal: Dancing Conan Puppet
Basically just make a puppet of Conan Obrien and have servo motors control his limbs so he dances his “string dance”. When you push a button, Conan will dance!
It will be like a flat puppet, not like a full form puppet. Conan’s head will be flat and maybe I will have white or red LED’s behind his head, (the hair area). That way when the button is pushed, the LED’s will light up and Conan’s orange hair will become illuminated from behind. the material for the hair area will allow for light to shine through.
materials needed:
-Servo motors, the small ones
-light material like cardboard or a balsa wood for the puppet’s frame
-some kind of translucent material for the hair.
-some kind of translucent material for the hair.
-string (maybe) a way to connect the servo to parts.
-some kind of structure to conceal the motors
-push buttons
-wires
-arduino
