When I think of a single software that changed the way I interact with the world, YouTube is the first that comes to mind. I believe for me and many others, YouTube is apart of our daily lives, with seemingly endless content and something for everyone. From cooking, to music, movies, education, independent creators, video games, and more, there are videos on virtually anything. YouTube changes the way people use the internet and it’s hard to imagine a world without it. A site where videos about anything and everything are shared across the world is an integral part of the internet.

I’ve been using YouTube since I was a kid and I somewhat grew up with it. I’ve spent countless hours watching videos on whatever peaked my interest. There were even times when I tried to create videos myself with aspirations to become a big creator (which I always gave up on). YouTube was also my go to for learning anything new, or how to do something. I learned lots about whatever game I might have been playing, using computers, and any other skills. I found new music, movies, or just learned something interesting.  YouTube certainly changed the way I use computers and the internet, and continues to be something I use daily.
